I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive - they were just as they appeared in the pictures, with comfortable beds and beautiful Venetian-style decor. The location down a small alley added to the charm - it may look a bit spooky at first, but it's actually quite unique and adds to the local atmosphere. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious, with freshly baked pastries that were simply heavenly.
All was ok, nothing to complain about.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The location was perfect - close to restaurants and bars, and just a stone's throw away from the famous Saint Mark's Square. It was ideal for exploring all the attractions this city has to offer. The hotel facilities were excellent and the cleanliness was top-notch. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the major attractions. We loved being able to easily explore the islands and soak up the beauty of Venice. The room was cozy and well-furnished, providing a comfortable place to rest after a long day of exploring.
The room size left a bit to be desired, especially when compared to the rooms our friends had. It felt cramped, and there wasn't much space to move around.

The hotel was in a great location, just a stone's throw away from the main square. the staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to offer helpful advice and recommendations. the continental breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.
They charged extra for certain items in the room, especially considering that other hotels often provide them for free on special occasions. There was a mistake with our airport transfer reservation, which could have caused a major inconvenience if not for the quick thinking and assistance of the staff.
